May/Iyar: The month of love!

It’s been a while since I have done a blog post. 2022 has been a trying season for me and I will add updates as we go along. I am taking a year off from work due to family issues so I am hoping to get my blogs back up more frequently.

I am doing a personal study and sharing it here on what I am learning on how God put everything together for His purpose. The best way to describe what I am doing is the old song “I went to the enemy’s camp and I took what he stole from me” in a different venue.

God had many things lined up for us to live in ultimate health. His heartbeat was beating to the worship that was led by Lucifer before pride set in his own heart. Lucifer wore a garment of stones that later are listed in the Breast plate and the Ephod in the Book of Exodus. That garment was removed from him when he was cast out of heaven in Isaiah 14:12, but he knows what the stones were capable of for us to use to bring our worship to the Father. Lucifer has distorted its power to bring praise and worship to himself with the use of chakras, and other objects.

It’s time we go to his camp and take back that which he has stolen from us because of lies and deceit in other cultures. That being said, let’s begin!

The Spirits of God for this month is the Spirit of Understanding, (Heart) and the Spirit of Might (Throat and Vocal Cords). They fit for everything we are talking about, with passion and friendships and using our voice to speak out about God’s love and compassion.

I don’t know about you, but May is usually a very calm month. Its the time when plants from the rains of April begin to bloom more vibrantly. In Oregon we start to see the Azaleas bloom first and it is a beautiful array of color that brings in the Rhododendrons and then Roses bloom for the encore.

May can also be a love month, kind of when the summer romances begin and fire up during the summer months. Emerald, which is May’s Birthstone, is a representation of love and friendships. It helps to keep you balanced in partnership whether in love, wealth and brings it into abundance for the future months. Emerald brings about wisdom which if you have followed my other blog posts I talk about the Seven Spirits of God, and this associates with the Spirit of Knowledge (Sacred) areas.

Emerald is part of the Beryl family of stones. The primary mineral in beryl is beryllium Aluminum cyclosilicate. Cyclositicate called Polysilicate, is a compound structured in which silicate are arranged in rings, and common minerals in other stones like Beryl Cordierite, and Tourmaline.

Other stones for the month are Carnelian, and Lapis Lazuli which I will describe in later blog posts.

Do you know that when God created the stars, He placed the Gospel story in the stars? In the book of Mark we see the Ox as Jehovah’s Servant, which is one of the four faces of God in Ezekiel 1:10 and Revelation 4:7.

If you are a star buff like me, you will notice that the Ox consolation is showing itself during this month . The Pleiades and the Hyades, two star clusters, are within the constellation of Taurus or Ox in the sky. This cosmic vista stretches almost 20 degrees from top to bottom, across the dusty constellation Taurus. Beginning at the Pleiades and ends at the Hyades, two star clusters recognized since antiquity in Earth’s night sky. At top, the compact Pleiades star cluster is about 400 light-years away.

Earlier I eluded that this month is about love and friendships. The Ox, as mean as it looks, demonstrates a peaceful animal. He is a castrated bull, used for working the fields. In the fields, two oxen work together yoked and moving at a slow and steady pace, much like the atmosphere of the month of May.

A yoke is a heavy wooden beam that fits over the shoulders of oxen, they are working together, attached to a plow deep deep in the earth. They keep everything in a straight line, and you let them do the work. It’s pretty tedious and only the oxen wear the yoke.

Jesus talks about being yoked together in Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls, for My yoke is easy and My Burden is light.”

The Ox fits in with the stones for the month of May with its attributes of being Loyal and consistent. Even with the Ox, Earth fits in the month as an element representation. It is a solid nature of matter, and the minerals in earth are in the stones. Earth gives form to the human body, and to all of creation as it is stated in the book of Genesis. Earth is the conduit through which the other elements of Water, Air and Fire flow and will show up again in this blog series.

Earth is an important part of the structure of the world in which we reside. It is part of our human form which lines up with everything else that I’ve discussed above. It’s a conduit to many other things that we will learn in the coming months and fits with three other seasons in its form. We are made with the same minerals as in the stones I mention including many others that will be introduced.

Which may help as we understand again that we have nurturing, generous and caring attitudes that flourish during this month as it blooms. Our God is a wonderful working God who put everything in place for the Month of Iyar to work together as we are yoked with Him.

During the Month of May I will be having a bracelet on my website with these stones in it to remind us about the month of May. Check it out at http://www.Eagles.garden
